Odontoglossum:Tiger orchid

Type: Epiphytic. 

odontoglossom orchid Features: Egg-shaped pseudobulbs each with one to three leaves. Arching flower sprays carry up to 30 fleshy, long-lasting, flattish flowers. Colour ranges from pink, lilac, ruby- magenta and chestnut to yellow or white, often mottled. 

Size: Up to 60 x 45cm (2 x 1-1/2ft). 

Special needs: Bright but filtered light; intermediate temp.; water moderately at all times; foliar feed fortnightly; no rest period.
