AGLAONEMA PSEUDO-BRACTEATUM (FEATHER-LEAF)
(Araceae) origin: Malaya
A decorative, bushy plant, with spear-shaped leaves, about 9 in. long and 2 in. across, on short stems. Irregular golden-yellow markings along the centre of the leaf give way to grey-green and finally to dark green on the border of the leaf. A rather delicate plant requiring constant warmth and humidity in a draught-free, shady position. It needs plenty of water in summer but careful watering in winter with a minimum temperature of 55° F. (13° C). Feed regularly with a liquidin spring and summer.
